    IPL 2022: After TATA, BCCI signs the next deal with RuPay as its official partner

    The IPL Governing Council has announced RuPay as its 8th Sponsorship partner. The flagship product of the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) is all set to be TATA IPL’s official partner for the coming 3 years.

    RuPay is the first-of-its-kind Global Card payment network from India, providing an exceptional self-reliant card payments network with innovative features that have made it a successful interoperable card. RuPay is also accepted at ATMs, POS devices, and e-commerce websites.

    The 15th season of IPL will be starting from 26th March 2022.

    As per reports, the deal is worth 42 Crore per year. After TATA, RuPay will be the new official partner for IPL in 2022. Earlier, in the IPL Auction, BCCI has announced SWIGGY Instamart as its official partner.
