The massively anticipated show Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power is all set to amaze the audience of the LOTR universe, with the new series happening during the second age. The show production kicked off in February 2020 but the pandemic hampered some schedules. Eventually, the filming wrapped up by August 2021. The popular streaming platform bought the television rights of the series for $250 million in ’17 November, rendering a five-season production commitment worth a minimum of $1 billion.
