The new IPL team, Lucknow Super Giants has shared a logo of their franchise on social media. The logo is said to be inspired by our national flag having the colors of orange, green, and white. Apart from that, the tricolored logo also features a bat in the middle as well as the cricket ball, featuring Men having the blue color along with red.
Each of the colors present signifies the mythical bird Garuda, which has taken the center stage in the winged emblem. The franchise stated along with a video in their Twitter account that they are soaring towards greatness, and Lucknow Super Giants are all set to stretch their wings in the Indian Premier League, preparing for greatness.

The franchise further in this regard stated that the mythical bird Garuda who is primarily a protector and has been enthroned with the ability to move swiftly has inspired them to form the winged emblem of the team. Garuda is indeed omnipresent in every Indian culture as well as its sub-culture.
Besides, they also added that the tri-colored wings of the entity symbolically do the work of representing Lucknow Super Giants Pan India appeal. The body of Garuda has been created with a blue-colored bat, signifying the game of cricket, and there is also the presence of a red ball consisting of an orange seam. Lastly, they stated that it is like an auspicious “Jay Tilak”.
Lucknow Super Giants set for the IPL Mega Auction
Lucknow Super Giants have retained players through the window, including KL Rahul, Marcus Stoinis, and Ravi Bishnoi with 17 crores, 9.2 crores, and 4 crores respectively. They have a significant amount of 59.8 crores in their purse and are all set to bang on at the auction.
