Southampton fans were surprised to see the Serbian billionaire Dragan Solak take over their club as the new owner via a telecommunications company named the Sports Republic. It is certainly good news for the Southampton supporters as that the Solak acquired Gao Jisheng’s 80 per cent of the majority shareholding as the fans have accused the lack of spending years in the club.
