English footballer and Borussia Dortmund midfielder Jude Bellingham is currently under police investigation and has been fined 40,000 euros, with the reason of his comments about referee Felix Zwayer after his team got defeated by Bayern Munich by a score of 3-2in Der Klassiker last week. The 18-year-old young blood was not pleased at some of the decisions and went against the official during their defeat, and saw their opposition Bayern securing 4 points topping at the Bundesliga points table.
At first, the match was in Dortmund’s hands where they got an early lead when Julian Brandt scored the first goal in the 5th minute. Though Robert Lewandowski scored an equalizer soon at the 9th minute followed by Kingsley Coman scored scoring the second goal for Munich in the 44th minute. Though Borussia was not a single step away when their star footballer Erling Haaland scored their second goal of the match in the 48th minute after halftime.
However, Robert Lewandowski did the work of Munich he scored their third goal of the match in the 77th minute from a penalty. The match finally ended with a score of 3-2, with Bayern Munich getting the upper hand.
Jude Bellingham unhappy by Referees Decision
Zwayer awarded the penalty to Bayern in the 77th minute, when the score was tied at 2-2. However, the referees signal of giving it a penalty didn’t please any of the Dortmund players as well as the fans and the coach Marco Rose.
Jude Bellingham, who assisted in both the goals scored by Dortmund, commented on the German referee Felix Zawyer that -: “You provide a referee that has match fixed earlier the biggest game in Germany, and what do you expect?” For this comment, he has been fined 40,000 euros by DFB (German Football Association) and has been under police investigation.
