Indian defender Sandesh Jhingan joins Croatian top-tier club HNK Sibenik

Indian defender Sandesh Jhingan becomes the first Indian player, who will appear in the Croatian top-tier league Prva HNL. The footballers completed a move from his former club ATK Mohun Bagan, to his present club, HNK Sibenik.

HNK Sibenik is also looking forward to developing its performance. Also, they have a focus to sign new players who could contribute their level best, and deliver well. They finished sixth in the league in the 2020-21 season.

The CEO of HNK Sibenik said that they are happy to have Sandesh Jhingan in their club, and is expecting him to perform efficiently. They have kept an eye on Jhingan’s performance on various platforms and based on that they will become an important member of the club soon.

Sandesh Jhinghan said in this regard that he is very excited to have the opportunity, and won’t let his club down. He gave a big thanks to the head coach of the club Mario Rosasalong with the owners and the management for allowing him to come to the club.

Sandesh Jhingan also thanked his former club, ATKMB, for giving him the best years of life there. Last year he came back from an injury but performed exceptionally well. He said that every member of that club helped him, and was a significant part in improving himself.

How will the Indian footballer perform

Jhinghan is overall a good defender, who served in ISL as well for Kerala Blasters and ATK Mohun Bagan. In Kerala Blasters he spends six years, and has two ISL runner-up titles, and then moved to ATK Mohun Bagan in2020. He is expected to show his efficiency well, as the club is desiring from him. Also, it is to be seen that how far he will get chances to play for the club.
