Memphis Depay nets his first goal for Barca in a friendly!

Memphis Depay scored his first goal for Barca, in a friendly match against Girona. The club defeated their opposition, by a score of 3-1. It was a pre-season friendly, played at the Estate Johan Cruyff. He came as a substitute and netted the final goal of the match, and the first foal for his present club from the penalty spot.

The game was of three penalties

The friendly game was of three penalties, where Samu Saiz and Gerard Pique, both scored first-half spot-kicks. It was either side of the latest pre-season strike of Raj Manaj. Girona created their first big chance when Cristian Stuani spun around Gerard Pique and provoked a save. It was before when Alejandro Balde performed a magnificent block on the rebound.
