In terms of end-user spending in 2021, the consulting department will be the largest. This year’s total will be US $4.6 billion, higher than the US$4.1 billion in 2020. Hardware support will be the only part where spending will reduce in 2021.

As end-user organizations reduce their spending on client device support and data center support systems, hardware support will drop by 2.8%. “Indian companies need greater agility, rapid innovation, and rapid action to become composable enterprises to increase cloud adoption by 2021.”

In 2021, total end-user spending on IaaS will reach 1.6 billion USD, an increase of 57% over 2020. This will be the highest growth rate in all IT service spending areas in India. IaaS is to account for 9% of the country’s total IT service spending by 2021. Moreover, by 2025, IaaS spending is to account for 22.7% of India’s total IT service spending.
