Ford’s launches its new upcoming model, which will be called ‘F-150 Lightning’

The Ford F-150s is the bestselling truck and vehicle in the US. So it is a big deal in its imminent electrification. As with the dozens of ways as a major event, Ford is treating the reveal, to tune in across multiple platforms, 18 in-person events around the country are being hosted by the company including, Times Square and Las Vegas.

The lightning branding has been leaked into today’s announcement, and the name of Ford is somewhat familiar, made as car and Driver. It has appeared on the automaker’s SVT F-150 street trucks from the early 1990s.

The new electric vehicle will debut on May 19th at an event held at the automaker’s Dearborn, Michigan, headquarters, and it will also be live-streamed. So that, in the weeks to come the new model, you guys fix yourself to get a closer look at the new model.

Ford recently broke through the ground on a new manufacturing project on an F-150 Lightning pickup truck, which is most costly as $700 million. It means there the production line of F-150 Lightning will be built. But according to the company, to produce over a dozen electrified models, including EVs and gas-electric hybrids, it will spend $22 billion by 2025.
