Sergio Busquets seems very delightful from the time he arrived in Florida, and one of the biggest reasons behind the same is his reunion with his former team partner Lionel Messi, at Inter Miami in MLS. However, another big reason behind his happiness is the place where he is living, which is indeed an excellent apartment to live and raise his children.
Busquets, 35, purchased an $8.7 million residence in the area one day before participating in the conquest of Inter Miami’s first title in franchise history, the Leagues Cup. Reports state that the new property of Sergio Busquets is located at the exclusive subdivision in Fort Lauderdale called The Real Deal.
The residence is said to be built on a waterfront location in North Miami on 0.3 acres of land with seven bedrooms, six bathrooms, and a three-car garage. In addition, the home has about 100 feet of lake frontage. Besides, the subdivision is said to be about five miles away from DRV PNK Stadium and even closer to Messi’s residence. And one more important thing to note is that the residence is close to the residence where his beloved teammate lives, i.e., Lionel Messi.

Both are living close enough in the city, with their respective residences being located at a little distance. Messi, 36, lives in his M-shaped residence in the same area located in Sea Ranch Lakes.
Upon his arrival to Florida, Messi has captured shopping at the supermarket of the subdivision and has partied a couple of times with Sergio Busquets. Messi, Busquets, and their respective wives have been spotted celebrating their consecutive wins. They both scored in the penalty shootout to beat Nashville SC in the Leagues Cup final. Prior to the Leagues Cup title game, Messi and Busquets went out with Inter Miami owner David Beckham and several other members from their entourage.

It hasn’t been many days since Lionel Messi arrived in the city and started playing, but he has given rise to a storm, and there’s no stopping him.
