Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora will support DLSS and FSR 2.0 PC upscaling methods, according to a recent Ubisoft announcement. The group also made a stunning PC trailer, which you can view below.

Ray-traced reflections and shadows will be present in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora. Surprisingly, ray-traced global illumination (RTGI) is not mentioned. Ubisoft stated that the game would support ray-traced reflections and global illumination back in 2021. According to Ubisoft, Ray Tracing allows the game to illuminate Pandora in a way that wasn’t previously possible.

It is also alleged that the developers have abandoned support for RTGI in favor of a real-time global illumination system. Bethesda is also doing this with Starfield. Both of these games have real-time global lighting, but not ray-traced global illumination.

Play as a Na’vi in this brand-new, stand-alone tale as you travel across Pandora’s Western Frontier, a region that has never been seen before. Push back the powerful RDA forces that threaten a living, dynamic planet filled with a wide variety of unusual species and fresh characters.

According to Ubisoft, the PC version of Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora will include extensive visual settings as well as a benchmark tool. The team also pledges to make use of multi-core computers.
